Thought I would mention a nice Drupal add-on module I tried the other day: nicEdit: http://drupal.org/project/nicedit
I've tried a few editors in Drupal and this one seems to be one of the easiest to implement and use (I'm running the latest stable version of Drupal though).
Also there is a Drupal User Group starting up in Kitchener at
